TurboTycoon members register with an email address and password. Once registered, members can submit their cell phone number to receive text offers, games, specials, and contests from our network of advertisers in the form of text messages. In return TurboTycoon funnels part of the advertising dollars collected back to the consumer. To receive payment the member will have to provide us with their name, and physical address. Members are required to give us demographic information so that advertisers can target their campaigns to those members who are interested in their messages.

Use of Information

A TurboTycoon member's cell phone number and/or email address will be used by TurboTycoon to periodically advise that member about offers, games, specials, savings and contests that are available to them through our network of advertisers. Members have the ability to block advertisers, and/or choose which advertisers can send them text or email messages.

Confidentiality

TurboTycoon will not sell, rent or trade outside of the terms set forth in this policy any personally identifiable information you provide without prior member consent. However, due to the existing legal regulatory and security environment, we may be forced to disclose individually identifiable information to third parties. Once inactivated, a past member will no longer receive any electronic communications from TurboTycoon. However, if you cancel the TurboTycoon program without notifying us to remove your information, TurboTycoon reserves the rights to share, transfer, sell or license that inactive past member's information in any form or manner.
